Cable compatbility

Modular DC cables have been a success since it was introduced to PC power supplies. These cables enabled easier system builds and a cleaner overall look. However, it is very important to note that most often cables are not compatibly between brands of power supplies and even within a brand, the modular cables may differ between series and models. When you purchase a Seasonic power supply, it is the utmost importance that you use the DC cables supplied together with the power supply. The use of non-compliant DC cables may void the power supply’s warranty. At Sea Sonic, we try to streamline the DC cables used in order to facilitate easier power supply swap should the situation arise. Please refer to the below DC compatibility chart. If your Seasonic power supply is not listed below, please contact us for further information.

2	FOCUS SGX as a SFX-L got shorter cables. Reference: xB96 (ATX 24 pin), xE23 (CPU), xG27 (PCIe), xB96 (Molex) and xB88 (SATA).
3	Both 6+2-pin or 2* 6+2-pin PCIe cable.
4	These models are not compatible as they do not have 2 modular 8 pin connector required by this cable.
5	Both CONNECT or SYNCRO CONNECT require a specific 24-pin ATX.
